All minerals for sale are sold "As Is" and cannot be granted returns or credited. However, if your specimen(s) were damaged during transit or we have made a mistake, please take the following steps:
a) please notify us through 'Contact Us', within 48 hours of receipt of your package
b) if a specimen is damaged in transit or if we had made a mistake, please provide photographs
c) the specimen(s) must be returned in the original condition as received
d) the specimen(s) must be carefully wrapped up and in the same manner as opened
e) Once notified and have been approved to send back the specimen(s), the package must be received within 30 days, all returns must have a tracking number
Upon our receipt of the return package you will be immediately credited for full amount on credit or Paypal, which ever method was used for payment.
